What days do you open?
Doors open at 22:00 on Friday & Saturday.
We are also open every Bank Holiday Sunday from 22:00!

Do you have a dress code?
We know dress codes can be tricky, so we keep ours simple:
- Dress smartly and stylishly—get glammed up and leave scruffy trainers and sportswear at home!
- We work hard to make Zoo Watford look party-ready, and we ask you to do the same—dress to impress!
- Outdoor clothing/large jackets must be placed in the cloakroom.
- For safety reasons, some bags and backpacks may not be permitted entry.
- Joggers/sweatpants are not allowed in the venue
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, our cloakroom is open during venue hours. Ask any staff member for directions.
I've lost an item
Please contact us through our contact button. To help us locate your item, please provide:
- A detailed description of the item.
- Where and when you last had it.
Important: Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time. Without prior arrangement, we may not be available to retrieve your item. After 14 days, unclaimed items will be discarded or donated to charity.
